SPE in Philadelphia

Portfolio walk-through

SRO had the privilege of attending the Society for Photographic Education National Conference in Philadelphia last week.  There was great food, talks, and countless opportunities to meet fellow photographers.  Next year’s conference is in Atlanta, and the call for proposals is already up.

The entire conference was great and some highlights include the Keynote Talk by Kip Fulbeck and the Curator Portfolio Walk-through on Saturday night.  Hundreds of people filled the room with their work to show to each other, curators, and us.  It was incredible to see the diversity and quality of work taking place across the country.  We spoke to many people about applying to SRO and Graduate School at Texas Tech. We hope to see your applications soon!
